If you forgot your email, you can replace both your owner email and password. Recovery verifies ownership through the Vercel account that manages GemSignal.
Download account recovery
On your Mac, run this in Terminal:

The script asks for a new email and password locally. It preserves your saved research and data-source keys. Changing the login signs out existing sessions and requires reconnecting research access.
If sign-in reports a database error, resetting your password will not repair that service. Keep the exact error message for troubleshooting.
